FOUNDER
Ms. Nasmun Naher is a dynamic and visionary leader with exceptional team-building and leadership skills. She is recognized as one of the pioneering female entrepreneurs in Bangladesh who has boldly taken on the challenges of developing service-based businesses in the energy and power sector.
With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainable growth, she has played a key role in establishing Bliss Energy Solutions as a trusted name in the industry. Ms. Naher holds a Master of Arts degree from the National University of Bangladesh, which she completed in 1999. Her leadership continues to inspire progress in the energy and utility services sector.
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELPMENT
Mr. Morshed uz Zaman is a highly accomplished professional in Customer Service and Service Management, with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including Telecom, Mobile Financing, Technology/IT, and Consumer Devices. He has a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and expertise in service management, system operations, and policy development.
As part of his professional growth, Mr. Zaman has participated in global training and development programs across Malaysia, UAE, Denmark, Norway, Thailand, China, and India. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles at EDISON Industries, SYMPHONY Mobile, bKash (a leading financial services company), and Telenor–Grameenphone, where he successfully managed high-level responsibilities in service operations and business development.
Director – Engineering and Services
Mr. SM Quamar uz Zaman is a highly experienced Marine Engineer with 30 years of expertise in engineering services, power generation, and marine operations. Throughout his career, he has worked with multinational companies across diverse cultures, holding key leadership roles, including General Manager at United Engineering and Power Services Ltd (United Group) and Service & Sales Manager at Wartsila Bangladesh Ltd, where he provided services to 20 countries.
His extensive experience also includes working with the Ministry of Marine Wealth’s ships in Libya, as well as major shipyards such as Jurong Shipyard and Sembawang Shipyard in Singapore. With a strong foundation in hands-on technical expertise, he has further enhanced his professional capabilities by attending specialized training programs in Finland, the Netherlands, Italy, Singapore, UAE, China, and India, ensuring excellence in customer service and technical solutions.
